The BayQuest program platform offers a unique opportunity to support and educate teams of “civic scientists” among young people from socially disadvantaged or underserved communities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Under the banner of the BayQuest Warriors for Climate Justice, our goal is to encourage young people from vulnerable bay area communities to explore the bay and experience the magic of wildlife and biodiversity through active participation in the organization’s core missions. 

BayQuest and its frontline community partners will collaborate to create unique and memorable activities that foster leadership skills, enhance workforce development and encourage active participation for those most affected and historically excluded from meaningful involvement in the conversation.
