BayQuest is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation and protection of marine wildlife and endangered habitats in the San Francisco Bay and near-coastal waters.

We are a dedicated team of professional captains, conservationists and marine science educators working to study, preserve and protect precious aquatic life that call these fabled waters home.
